Sound Issue

Some customers have reported problems with the sound on the plays when purchased on the iPad or iPhone. This issue is known and seems to be due to a bug in iOS - Hopefully Apple will fix this soon.

In the meantime, please try the following:

- Go into the iPad settings, and select "Use side switch to: Mute" 
- Flip the physical switch to the "unmuted", (i.e. no red showing) position. 

Then check if the sound in our App works after doing this. If so, you can switch back to 'Use side switch to: Lock Rotation" if you like, but ensure the physical switch is set to the unlocked/unmuted position beforehand.
