Restore/Download Issue

We've recently uncovered an issue with the In-App purchase version of Shakespeare In Bits 2.1 that may cause a download error dialogue when attempting to restore purchases via the 'restore purchases' button on the store page. To fix this follow the instructions below:


1) Delete the app from your device

2) Re-download the app from the app store

3) Ensure you are signed into the app store with the same account you used to make the original purchases. (Settings->iTunes and App Stores) 

4) Ensure you have sufficient space on the device to download the play. (Settings->General->Usage) 

5) In the app's store page DO NOT press the 'Restore Purchases' button. Instead, restore your purchases individually by selecting the play and pressing 'Buy' as if you were buying the play for the first time. You will be prompted to confirm you purchase, and then shown a dialogue stating 'You have already purchased this item, touch okay to download again for free'. Provided you are logged in as the iTunes user that made the purchase, you will not be charged again. 

6) The download should start and complete. Allow the download to complete before restoring other purchases in the same manner.
