Download Fix

It has come to our attention that some users purchasing plays within the Shakespeare In Bits app are having issues with downloading or restoring their plays. We are currently working on the issue and hope to have an update released shortly but in the meantime below is a fix that should solve the problem. 1) Delete the app from your device

2) Re-download the app from the app store

3) Ensure you are signed into the app store with the same account you used to make the original purchases. (Settings->iTunes and App Stores)

4) Ensure you have sufficient space on the device to download the play. (Settings->General->Usage)

5) In the app's store page DO NOT press the 'Restore Purchases' button. Instead, restore your purchases individually by selecting the play and pressing 'Buy' as if you were buying the play for the first time. You will be prompted to confirm your purchase, and then shown a dialogue stating 'You have already purchased this item, touch okay to download again for free'. Provided you are logged in as the iTunes user that made the purchase, you will not be charged again.

6) The download should start and complete. Allow the download to complete before restoring other purchases in the same manner.
